  Went to a concert here with my boyfriend and his family and got treated very poorly by stuff, managers, and was not treated lawfully by officers asked to attend.

  Not a good experience and was very disappointed as I am a local and used to suggest this place. Would never suggest this place again.

  I had got to the concert and had got myself an alcoholic drink as I was 20 at the time, and had made my way back to my seat with my boyfriend. When I had got back to my seat and was drinking my drink. I had an employee come over and tried to tell me I was under age. With no hesitation, I handed the lady my driver's license, health card and my visa card with my name on it. She was not impressed with me and left angry not taking my drink. Less then 10 minute's later, she comes back taking my drink with nothing to say. I asked politely why she was taking my drink, and her answer was I was under age. I had then pulled out my driver's license and health card again, to show her that I was of age. I also had told her if she would like she could take that drink and give me my money back and I would get another one with no problem. The lady said she was fine with that and that she would be back with my money. The lady had then went and got the police officers on had to escort me out of the concert for under age drink. As the officers escorted me down the stairs to the front doors to talk to me about the issue, I had then shown them my driver's license, Heath card, and my visa card with my name on it. They had then proceeded to tell me that I was under age and had to leave or I would be arrested for under age drinking. If the police officers onsite would had followed my basic human rights of innocent until proven guilty. As I was of the age and there was no other problems besides me being accused of underage drinking. I could have went back in and watch the concert that I had spent money on to see.

  Side not, I had only been at the concert for for 15 minutes and the concert hadn't even started yet and it was only my second drink of the night.

  I've never been here for any sports so can't comment on that. I've went a few times for special events and shows. Very large and easy to find your way around. Washrooms are well maintained. The only problem was parking. Forget about free parking and if you aren't there early enough good luck finding a spot in the paid area.

  The K-Rock centre is great. There’s always a big show coming up, and going to see Elton John was amazing. The number of awesome times I’ve had there is too many to count. The hockey games are fun. Everything is clean, and the seats are comfortable.

  Always a great experience. Staff is friendly and the fans are amazing. I wish there was more parking options but getting there early always seems to be the trick! If you want beer or food bring your wallet.. it's expensive! Go FRONTS go!!! Can't wait till the next game!

  Have tried to buy tickets online for a Fronts game several times this year - normally attend 10-15 games per year. This year ZERO. Have been blocked by Ticketmaster every time as they try to combat the Bot thing I guess. I am just a fan trying to buy some tickets. Oh well will travel to Belleville watch some AHL instead. Probably not a review for KRock but you guys are partners with Ticketmaster. Customers demand better.
