  I went to Frank after my car accident and he was very professional and caring. We went through to the mediation process where I thought I would have to miss the appointment as my baby was in the hospital and Frank and his staff were very accommodating. I appreciated all the work he put into my case and would recommend him in the future to anyone.

  When he did finally call me back and it was not a good time for me and I asked him if I could call him back in 10 minutes he said that's fine call back multiple times and never got an answer. Left a voicemail finally called me back the next day later on in the day. It wasn't a fantastic time I make time for him and when I just wanted to ask simple questions he was very Snappy and just wanted to get off the phone. After speaking with him definitely not going to use him. Had to ask same question 4 times to get the answer.
