  Staff is always welcoming and friendly. Great selection of underwear, socks, men's clothing, and other supplies. Have brands like Andrew Christian in store. It's great to be able to shop these in-store opposed to online only.

  We found this store via a Google search for male underwear stores. It is located on a charming shopping shop in Kingston. Upon entering, we were greeted by the owner, Kathy, who was friendly but didn't hover. When we had a question, she was glad to offer us any advice on the products (which she knew so much about). The selection is FANTASTIC!! The brands they carry are all excellent quality and the prices are quite reasonable. I love shopping in a physical store for clothing because you can actually feel the fabric and see the quality. That is the difference between online and why I always choose to shop for underwear in a physical store. We made our purchases and, since we were the only ones in the store, chatted a bit with the owner. She has such a passion for her clientele and the store. She talked about that she was so excited for an upcoming event where they were having real live mannequins in the windows. It was a great experience visiting this store. Next time I'm in Kingston, I will absolutely be making a stop here again.

  Great shop for Men's things. Great underwear selection. Beard, face and mustache products as well. Clean and well laid out. Courteous and knowledgeable staff.

  My issue is that my girlfriends husband discovered a hole in his $30 underwear , upon first wear, and when she returned to the store hoping for a replacement (not expecting a refund) was told this store does not honour or guarantee their product. She was rudely dismissed by the female manager (owner?) and told she had no recourse except to contact the company online. This woman was excessively rude. I would never recommend a business that doesn't stand behind it's only, very expensive, product.

  My girlfriend and I have both purchased underwear for our husbands at this shop. The young man who served us was courteous and helpful.
