  Hello all... I just wanted to share my experience with everyone because I am really upset about what happened with my dealings with James Braden Ford after I purchased my car from them. I have recently just bought a car from them and I paid entirely cash for my car. After a month later I ended up wrecking my rim and tire. I was in the middle of no where and when I went to go change my tire I go to look in my trunk for my spare tire there wasn’t even a spare tire to begin with!! I ended up having to pay for a towing to tow me back to Belleville. Also I received a complimentary year warranty on my rims and tires when I purchased the car in case anything like this ever happened and now they are telling me that they can’t help me with getting a new rim and tire. I’m completely dissatisfied with this dealership. I thought they were going to help me out and they will not cover it at all. I have to go out and purchase a new rim and tire for the one that’s damaged and cannot be fixed. I don’t think it’s fair that this only happened a month later and they will not even give me a spare tire to go with my car when it was suppose to be in there in the first place in case an emergency like this would happen to anyone. Just a heads up to anyone purchasing a car here.. to check the trunk for that extra spare tire!!! I wouldn’t recommend my friends or family to this dealership for the situation and problem that happened.

  These guys were awesome, really helped me when no other dealer could get me the deal I wanted. I had shopped around quite a bit. I went to Bence, Murphy, Urban and finally here and this was the place that made it happen. I will come back here in the future for a vehicle. I can honestly say that it's worth the trip to come here from a couple of hours out to get a vehicle.
