  I would not recommend going there for waxing at any time. I went there about 6 months ago to get my eyebrows done and just cleaned up. Biggest mistake of my life. They gave me this new girl that didn't even have the decency to ask what shape I wanted for one. She didn't even wait for the wax to cool down either so it wouldn't burn or hurt being applied. And the final thing that put the nail in the coffin for me was that she took way to much off so much so that she actually left a bald spot in the middle of my brow. Since I have super dark hair it is pretty easy to see bald spots on your face. When she was done my face was red with burns, eyebrows way to thin, and a bald spot on my left eyebrow, she didn't even give me a cloth to wipe the access wax off she just told me I was her last client and to pay up front. I didn't even get the decency to look in a mirror to see if I liked it. When I left I was in tears. This cost me so much pain, time, and money because I had to fill in my brows for the next month after until it was somewhat filled in. DO NOT GO HERE!

  I have been going here for 3 years. Never a bad haircut or highlights. However I booked an appointment last week. I arrived and was told that it was actually booked the following week. I told them that I had specifically booked for the day I was there as it was the day before a new career change for me. I came in from out of town for the appointment only to come home without getting my hair done. Management didn't seem concerned and just wandered away to leave the poor stylist to deal with this error. This lack of customer service has made me now an ex - customer from here on in!

  I have never once had a bad experience going here. Always friendly, after two visits I was recognized right away. I would and have recommended this place to people. Ask for Janet, she's wonderful!!!!

  Over priced and they don't know what they are doing. Asked for shaddow roots, whem she was done my hair had lines and no gradual dark to light, looked like I had done it myself. Had to go somewhere else to fix it for another $200. Would never go back or recommend to anyone.
