  Yesterday I found out that all of the water containers from this store were made with number 7 plastic, so today I went to this store and complained about this, because I had been drinking water from this store for almost 8 years and it was dissapointing to see that I was drinking from a water drum that could leech chemicals into my water. In addition, it's not supposed to be reused and they keep reusing these bottles everytime you get your water. These plastics have xenoestrogen which is a known endocrine disruptor. The guy who was working for the store was upset to me and said its just bad for the babies not for the older people?? It's funny... I noticed that they had water containers made with number 1 plastic but they were just for display. The most dissapointing was that he said there were now using newer bottle that used PETE plastic (#1), and he didn't even offer me the bottle when I was clearly upset about the number 7 bottles, even though it was on stock. Customer service wise, they should be offering what the customers want that they can give out; however, this guy had absolutely no initiative to solve a simple problem by exchanging the bottles. (Is it really that hard?) I know I'm not an infant however, there are people who are very sensitive to chemicals and I don't understand why they can't be honest to their customers that they have better bottles in stock, we only live once and we should be careful as to what we're putting in our mouths.

  Have been using the water store since they opened years ago and have always received a warm friendly helpful welcome. I owned one of their hot tubs and received excellent service and care from them.

  Had my second water softener installed with this company and both experiences were fantastic! Very affordable, service was excellent, Robin is very knowledgeable and takes the extra time to explain everything and overall a very pleasant experience!
