    If you need any services through UPS do not go to this location. Absolutely the worst customer service ever. If it gets in the way of getting something done not being nice matters!

    Use FedEx, Purolator, or Canada Post instead. These people aren't interested in delivering.

    Left my parcel in front of my detached garage which sits at the front of my property. I do not live in my garage. My home is set back about 75 feet behind the garage. Just happened to find my parcel sitting there. Could have easily been taken by anybody driving by on the road. I do not consider leaving a parcel in front of my garage to be door delivery!

    We use UPS services weekly in another city and went to this store because of our great experiences with UPS in that other city. Instead of dealing with this employees horrible customer service we left, called our home city UPS, got all the info we needed and went to the Kingston UPS depot on John Counter to mail. Although it opens at 4pm trust me go there instead!

    Great service at this location, but there is no free parking and difficult to find street parking. Age ts are friendly and helpful.
