  It is well maintained and is always clean and inviting. Great place to shop. They often organize special events for families so it's good to watch the coming events. The only challenge this mall has is empty spaces. So many businesses have come and gone which results in prolonged renovations. The upside is it's always a surprise what new store is coming.

  The Cataraqui Town Center is always fun to visit. During Christmas season, parking can be a challenge. The selection of stores is excellent and the building is very well maintained. In en era of the decline of the Mall environment, the Cat Center keeps plugging along and making changes. It has been around most of my life and hopefully it wall stay for years to come.

  Several; sales are not competive with other outside block stores and critical for me is the fact that even when they moved things around in mall make over the help desk (where you can borrow wheelchairs, stroller, etc., Is in the center of the mall??? Are they suggesting I drag myself, or a baby to the center of the structure before I Start shopping...then after I make my purchases and load them into my car I should politely return the mobility aids and again without help struggle back to my car alone. Sorry Cataraqui, this does not say, "WELCOME" to me!

  The best mall in Kingston. Lots of stores with good shopping options. Well maintained and clean. Staff are very helpful. The directions inside the mall within the mall is not great. Need more maps or direction boards. Unfortunately Sears is closing. The food court is okay but nothing exciting. Parking is not a problem.
