  Absolutely terrible service. Had a problem with our plumbing that caused sewage to be spilling onto the bathroom floor. They showed up reasonably quickly after our initial call, came in and said it was fixed. Later that day, we found it was not fixed and sewage was still spilling onto the floor. Called to tell them that the problem was not fixed and was told they would be back tomorrow. Not only did they not show up, they didn't even call to tell us they couldn't make it. Upon calling at the end of the day asking why no one showed up, they said they probably couldn't show up the next day either. The next day I called them and they confirmed no one would be coming that day but said that they would be there tomorrow. Unshockingly, for the third day in a row they did not show up. Finally, after the fourth day of them claiming they would be there they finally showed up to fix the problem they failed to fix on the first visit.

  Excellent service. Inadvertently called after hours service on Friday afternoon about our toilet that was leaking through our basement ceiling when flushed. The gentleman who answered was polite, asked if we had another toilet in our house, then suggested that he have someone call on Monday to schedule service the following week. As promised I received a call on Monday, I asked if I could have our kitchen sink fixed as well. I explained that I work in the afternoon and an appointment was set for Tuesday morning. I received a call on Tuesday morning to alert me that the plumbers were on the way. They arrived as expected, explained the issue, left for parts and fixed it. They were courteous, clean and quick.
