Very professional & friendly staff. I can always count on Ian Budge he is awesome.

The pain is still there and has somewhat minimized but I expect that I will have pain until I can get a handle on this. I am training my muscles after a lifetime of basically ignoring them.

The trick is to not expect that things will just magically be cured overnight. You have to work through the pain and then it doesn't take long until you start to see the results. I understand why people get discouraged. But I promise, it's worth it.

I started physiotherapy with Progress Physio ONE week ago today. I was basically crippled for three months. And in one week, with simple exercises and only a few appointments with Nicole, today was the first day I woke up walking almost normally and without a ton of pain. ONE WEEK! I have kept up with the daily exercises, faithfully.

I am lucky to have never had weight problems but it was silly of me to think I could go without worrying about exercising regularly, or at all. My big joke was that I was in the Fitness Protection Program and allergic to exercise because it made me break out in muscles. It was funny at the time...

Great staff. The PT's are up on current theory and treatments. They will help you to long term recovery. Not just trying to milk you for more appointments.

I've been treated by 3 different therapists over the years since I've been going to Progress and all have been competent, professional and effective. The location is convenient with easy access, just off Princess St. There is an elevator and ample parking.

I can't say enough about how happy I am to be feeling better - and WITHOUT drugs/pain meds. I rarely ever take meds but I was starting to take one or two daily and it just wasn't cutting it. Work through the pain - that's the ticket! Progress will help you with a basic exercise plan that even someone like me can handle :) I am so grateful to Nicole and Progress Physio.

I finally had x-rays done. I've got mild osteoarthritis in both knees and minimal joint space narrowing and a few other minor things, which lead to major issues and severe pain.

So far besides the exercises, for the first time in my life, I've had acupuncture twice now through Progress. And today, some electrical knee stimulation. I highly recommend Progress and, of course, I especially recommend Nicole. She is a ray of sunshine, friendly, no nonsense, and very positive.

For nearly 53 years I haven't done a whole lot of exercise and that has gotten me to this point. Why on earth would I expect things to change instantly? However, it is nice to know that I am already seeing results.

Three months ago, I realized I had a Baker's cyst in behind my left knee. One thing lead to another and the next thing I knew, both knees were in a lot of pain and swollen and I was unable to function normally - or at all - on most days.
