We will definitely consider Scott's the "Manager" suggestion and choose a better hotel next time we are in town.

Very clean and we felt comfortable with our stay. The front and cleaning staff where very nice and helpful, there is Denny's at this HOTEL with great staff and food.

The rooms need renovated. It is modern decor over non maintained rooms. The floor is covered in a thick layer of dust under the desk and around the furniture. The bed frame was dusty. The shower grout was filthy and looks like it has never been cleaned thoroughly. First room we were given the door had been broken into at some point and would not close fully nor lock. The rooms have the extra doors to access the room beside you but are so thinly made you hear everything going on in the room.beside you at all times. Our room was supposed to come with a microwave which is how we planned our meals and never had one. When asked it took them.until mid afternoon to get us one so we had to buy breakfast and lunch by that time. The door to the outside patio does not lock properly as the handle and deadbolt were both loose. Our room did not get replenished or cleaned once through our 3 night stay. We were there as part of a sports group and arrived a day prior to everyone. When checking in I was ensured the team was all on the level we were assigned only to find out the next day they placed them all 3 floors above and one family on the second floor so our daughter was upset she wasn't with her friends as our block booking was supposed to be. We will not be staying here ever again.

Meh. I expected a bit more for the price point. Looks like the hotel had better days. Paint is a little worn and my door stuck so bad a had put my shoulder into it to force it open, and I'm a man. The pool complex is well done (although the gym is very bare bones) and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is quite good, depending on what you want to do in Kingston.

If I could give 1/4 star review, I would give that 1/4 to this one. 1 star is very generous for the service we received at the "Hotel". The "Hotel" is a bit out dated in some parts but the issue is with the staff. All staff here are very rude and looks like they are doing you a favor when you chose this establishment. We were there for the weekend with a peewee hockey team and the staff could not accommodate any of our realistic requests. One of the "Managers" I believe his name was Scott, told us that next time we should go to Holiday Inn. Some of the parents had to move to 2-3 rooms till they got a clean and smell free room. Cleaning staff were very aggressive in the morning to rush us out the door before check out time. In the Morning they were also very loud in the hallways and using profanity around our kids.

Good hotel overall. Stayed in what seemed like a recently renovated room. Appreciated having an accessible patio. Great location as close to hwy 401 as possible. Only complaint is that the bathroom was quite small.
