  I have been using Jeff Gatcke at Shaw Insurance for many years now. He has always been honest, helpful and dedicated to all of my insurance needs. I have also referred many clients to Jeff and all of them have rave reviews as to his knowledge, customer service and straight forward approach to insurance.   UPDATE: Chris Shaw called us back and was willing to meet with us the same day. Our file was transferred to Jeff who was able to set up insurance and explain the new policy. Both Chris and Jeff were personable and apologetic. They explained that burst pipes in a vacant house wouldn't be covered under any policy.

  Jeff was a great help to me today! He explained insurance and my needs accurately, to the point, and in a way I was easily able to understand. I would recommend anyone to at least get a quote. Even if they don't beat your current price I guarantee you won't be let down by the fast, efficient, friendly service.

  Michelle brokered insurance for our home and two vehicles. Michelle found great prices, but didn't always return calls and needed multiple calls to enact changes. Our pipe just burst in our recently vacant rental, we called Shaw and Michelle says we don't have a policy. When we bought our new house 18 months ago, Michelle cancelled the policy on our rental without telling us as she 'assumed' we were going to get insurance from elsewhere. I gave two stars as Shaw Insurance was able to broker great prices and we only had dealings with one agent. I can't judge the entire business on one incompetent, disorganized, policy cancelling idiot.
