  The staff at Focus are very motivated and approachable people. They are very friendly to visitors. They offer lunchtime classes for the convenience of business people nearby, and put on fitness displays even in chilling rain! I would definitely want to be trained by someone that unstoppable.

  I travel across Kingston about twice a week for a small group workout and have been doing so for about eight years. The personal trainers are very nice people and real professionals at what they do. I'm there for strength training and typically am the only male in my small noon hour group of 3 to 6 individuals. The other men seem to be doing more one-on-one training. Focus Fitness is located in a small and intimate space in the basement of the very historical Woolen Mill. It is located in a park next to the Cataraqui River where we sometimes have our classes.
