Terrible customer service! Since I was on a road trip, I stopped there to have my tires pressure adjusted before leaving. Beforehand, I read somewhere on their website that they could help with doing it. Went there to fill the tank and was advised that I had to pay for the tire pressure (first..what?), that the machine belonged to an association helping kids blah blah blah. That is the first time I'm renting a car in Canada so why not. Went to the machine and tried to make sense of it. After launching it, I realized that there was no gauge to check the actual pressure so I went back inside to tell the guy. He went outside and figured that the gauge was some crappy metal piece that was getting out of the pipe and I had to rely on that..I asked if he could help me and he said he was busy..There was one person waiting to pay for his gas...Of course, having wasted time, the machine stopped, so I went back inside to ask for a dollar since there was no way I would pay again. The guy argued with me for a while, stating it was not his problem, that the machine wasn't theirs, that he was paid the minimum wage and had a family to feed...again, I wasn't asking him to pay but the company. After realizing I wouldn't let it go, he gave me a dollar, said that the boss would contact me and asked that I leave my full name, phone number, home address...hey buddy, want my SIN with it? So of course I didn't leave all these details and tried again the sloppy machine. Turns out the gauge shows you a graduation in psi, that you need to convert in K Pascal. Sure. All in all, I went across the street to Speedy where a professional did the pressure for me for free. Thanks Speedy and shame on you Stinson!
