  Will not be buying anything here again! We bought a love seat in February. We picked it up and found that it was a defective product (missing parts). We called and were told they would order the new parts for us. We waited months, were told the parts were back ordered, and then were offered to bring it back. BUT were told we wouldn't be receiving a full refund (at a loss of hundreds to us) even though it was not our fault the product was sent defective! They then ordered a new love seat and it was delivered today...defective again and missing the same parts. We are so disappointed with our experience and how they have treated us throughout. Buyer beware!

  Bought an over the range microwave along with other things. Didnt fit spot. They agrees to let me change it. Went in to get another. Ordered it being told it would be in in two weeks. Called after not hearing from them. Was told it would be another two weeks. I let them know that I needed the microwave for my husband who is in a wheel chair. Didn't hear from them again after two weeks. So I called again. Now told it will be Dec 23. Nice. No microwave to cook at Christmas. And we know when the 23rd comes. It won't be in then either. Totally disappointed.

  We stopped in to look at TVs several months ago and have been pleasantly surprised. Our salesperson Doug was great. The price was so good that we bought on the spot. He was so attentive to our needs that we ended up getting a full dining room set from him six weeks later. Again the price was fantastic.

  Christina and Robyn have both been very attentive in helping us with an issue we had with the dining room hutch. They showed great integrity and customer service in providing a solution that was both prompt and generous.
