  What I find unacceptable and shocked was the cashier slamming my purchases on the counter because I mentioned looking at the screen the wrong product was scanned twice. I kindly made my remark to bring awareness this occurrence and mistakes do happen. "I noticed you scanned this twice" I said. Soon after she snapped slamming my stuff like a toddler having a tantrum along with a sharp reply "I NOTICE WHAT I DO ON MY JOB"...lady your way off the mark...to bad they've lost a customer whom prefers to shop downtown. I'm thinking very hard about coming back. My husband and I have good experience with the print center. But I have to say it's not the first let down by other staff beyond the print center. Very unpleasant and felt sorry for her. I think perhaps she needs a pep talk not to take criticism so personally and lashing out.

  I came to this location yesterday and must say the cashier gave me the worst customer service ever and further I find an unacceptable standard to operate as a business.

  Maria in the copy centre was excellent to deal with. Friendly, kind bent over backwards to help me and then to assist with entertaining my five year old.

  Submitted order online, it was ready by the next day. Store wasn't busy so I could get my work bound and shipped very efficiently.
