  My truck had another part that failed under an extended warranty issued by Ford Canada (vacuum pump). Petrie was extremely professional and efficient in the repair. They also performed other regular maintenance to the truck at a fair price.

  Scheduled an oil change and tire rotation. I was very clear that we couldn't drop off the truck and we would need to wait at the dealership with our baby. Petrie ensured us that we would not wait long because they would schedule us in a "free" time. We ended up waiting almost 2 hrs for the service at the dealer. Tire rotation and an oil change shouldn't take longer than 30 min. Very frustrating.

  I had my truck serviced for a warranty issue. I couldn't return the loaner that I was given in time for closing. They ended up meeting me at home and dropped off the truck and pick up the loaner!

  Just purchased a new 2017 Ford F150 from Claude Dungey of Petrie Ford . Both Claude and Bruce Moore ( Used car sales mngr ) made me feel like they wanted my business . They were able to get top dollar for my trade and did their best to put me in the truck I wanted for the price I wanted to pay . Dave Hall in the Parts Dept. is helping me deck out my new ride . Great guy . The staff at Petrie Ford have taken the stress out of the purchase of a new vehicle . Thanks

  Very nice buying experience. The seller, Randy Ferguson, is the best seller I ever see!! No pressure at all and they give the best price at the beginning! I took something with the finance guy, and I changed my mind a day after so I asked them to remove it, they did it without any questions. Very nice people who are working there. The parts service seems very good as well. Before buying a new vehicle somewhere else, stop by Petrie Ford.
