    For the past three years, I rented so many cars most of the weekend from this branch. Last week, I decided to redeem my enterprise points to partially pay the cost of renting an intermediate car. They do not accept credit card insurance, when someone redeems enterprise points. As a result I paid $30 more than paying all the fee from my own pocket to buy the insurance (damage waiver).

    Give you a reservation number say will call with in the hour for pick up and they leave you stranded. Will never use them again. Guess I'm walking in a snow storm.

    Excellent rates and they were willing to work with me on pick up time. Everything was fast and efficient. They even gave me a couple of options to choose from when picking up the vehicle. I'll be using them again.
