  One time bad experience, may be OK, but two times in the same month, it is something really wrong at this location. The first time, I had to wait one hour and a half to get the vehicle. They wanted to give me one with a sensor light on saying, "it is not big deal". I didn't accept it and they have to gave me another one. When I returned it without even asking me, they wanted me to charge for two extra hours because "they did not have any record of what time I had left". The second time, same situation...long line waiting, only one person working and two more pretending. Once again, I had to wait more than one hour to get the vehicle. In both occasions I had a reservation. I though it would be easier, it wasn't. Second occasion, asked me $ 350.00 instead of $ 250.00 like the first time. When I asked why, the lady said, the other employee was wrong, this is the right amount. They gave me the car without snow-brush, o I had to buy one. A real nightmare. unqualified personnel, they do not know the basics of customer service.

  I rented a Dodge Charger from this location and it was amazing. it had all the latest features and was a pleasure to drive. I didn't want to take it back, and we own a 2017 SUV! The customer service was also great I will definitely be going back.

  Very convenient location. Needs more staff. Wait times are a problem.
