    UPDATE: so now I must recant my future purchases with Nissan. I just received a call from Brian, the Service Manager and I am so impressed at this point that I will encourage everyone I can to either have their car serviced or to purchase a new or used vehicle from Nissan. Brian called me apologized for the above situation. He is even refunding my money. I offered to pay half because if the car needed a part then I should pay; but he refused and is sending me a cheque. I am so without words.

    Buying a car today is tough. Having it serviced can be a nightmare; but not anymore, not with Nissan. They are honest, provide full disclosure and for the first time I have a dealership I can really trust.

    A week ago, my husband and I purchased two new vehicles from Kingston Nissan. We were blown away by the quality of customer service we received. Isaac, the Experience Manager, was extremely friendly, going out of his way to get a deal together that suited both my husband and myself. He conducted all of the business in a very professional manner. In addition, Sheila, the Business Manager, took her time to go through the paperwork, which it very easy for us to see how the financing would work, making us more comfortable with the deal. She was very friendly and caring. The rest of the team, such as Dylan, helped us familiarize ourselves with the vehicles. The high quality of the customer service will have us coming back in the future, and recommending them to all of our friends and family.

    I just recently purchased my first car from these folks, and it was such a great experience. Mitch Cotton, my salesman, was both personable and professional and really went the "extra mile" to ensure the process was smooth and seamless. Shiela Reger, my business manager, was friendly and helpful and made sure I got the best possible deal - she really knows her stuff. I felt like I could put my trust in this team after meeting everyone and they did not let me down. I love this crew, and I love my new Nissan Rogue!!

    I purchased a Nissan sentra and I paid for an extended warranty. For the consumer this warranty is worth every penny on a used car; however, if you need warranty servicing and have to deal with the Service Manager Brian you may rethink things. I found to be arrogant and unprofessional compared to the rest of the team at Nissan. I told him I had not unauthorized work on my car and he said and I quote " yes you did" Not many business professionals blatantly call you a liar. He told me he lost money on my car repairing it cause the warranty company only pays so much; NOT my problem; I paid for the warranty and if it takes a mechanic a bit longer that is not my problem; perhaps to make Brian happy Nissan should stop selling extended warranties so HE won't lose money. Honestly, I think Nissan in Kingston is a good team; but I think Brian needs some "extended training in how to speak to customers". I think I will forgo purchasing a Nissan every again because I do not want to ever deal with this guy again.
