  I took my 11 yr old daughter there to get her hair cut. I asked before how much it would be to cut her hair - she was with me they could see how long her hair was all they asked was her age I told them so they quoted $22.50. All we wanted was about 2.5" off the ends to clean up previous colour damage. The stylist did not wash her hair or even wet it. She spent a sum total of 15min on it. We went to the til and I was told that I owed $27.95. I can only assume the difference was some kind of long hair charge as taxes does not explain that much. I unfortunately thought it was off but was already thinking about what I needed to do next so left it. This morning I noticed that it is completely uneven and looks terrible!!! I will never go back again with either of my kids nor do I recommend them to ANYONE.

  I went there to get a full head of blonde highlights and I walked out with my hair looking the exact same after spending $180 which is ridiculous when I see no results. I didn’t want to say anything so, I smiled, paid and walked out. I see no visible difference in my hair and I am very disappointed with how much I was charged. I do not recommend this place what’s so ever. Don’t spend your money here. I am extremely unsatisfied with the results. Waste of money.

  The hairdresser that I got here was absolutely atrocious and rude. I went in asking for layers and framing in the front and she just randomly chopped my hair in rondo places that took me seven years to grow. Throughout the appt the absolutely rudest human being I e encountered just pulled and rolled her eyes every time asked her to grab my hair gently. dont waste you money at this place and most importantly do t get you hair ruined by unprofessional employees with little to no experience.
